Kenneth "Ken" Leung (born January 21, 1970) is an American actor. He portrayed Sang in Rush Hour.


Early life and career

Ken Leung was born in New York City, where he was raised in the Two Bridges section of the Lower East Side. His family later moved to Midwood, Beooklyn where he grew up before finishing high school in Old Bridge, New Jersey.

Leung attended New York University (NYU) as a University Scholar and studied acting. His early career is defined by the relationships he established with theater groups like Ma-Yi, New Perspectives, and STAR, a traveling troupe of actors-educators based in Mount Sinai Hospital.

In 1997, Leung made his debut in Rush Hour. He later worked with Ratner in the 2000 film, The Family Man, 2002 film, Red Dragon and the 2006 film, X-Men: The Last Stand. He appeared in the film Keeping in Faith, which Edward Norton cast him in his directorial debut. In 2007 he starred in the film Shanghai Kiss.

He appeared in television shows such as Law & Order, New York Undercover, The Sopranos, Lost, and Person of Interest.
